Xiaomi has debuted the first device of the company with an in-display front-facing camera. The name of the much-awaited smartphone is Mi Mix 4. The handset comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with curved edges and Full HD+ resolution. The display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. The company offers HDR10+ along with Dolby Vision support and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Besides, it comes with a micro-diamond pixel technology. It can reduce pixel sizes and increase pixel brightness. The gadget houses a Snapdragon 888 processor with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It has up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It gets power to work from a 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast wired charging. The device also supports 50W fast wireless charging.
Regarding the camera department, it features a 20-megapixel under-display camera with 4-in-1-pixel binning technology. It comes with a 108-megapixel camera followed by a 13-megapixel free-form ultra-wide camera that offers a 120-degree FOV. There is an 8-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The rear cameras also supports up to 8K video recording and in-screen supports Full HD video shooting at 30fps.
The device comes with a cooling setup that has a 11588mm2 heat dissipation system that comprises a graphene sheet, graphene homogenizing plate, and graphite sheets. Besides, the MI MIX 4 provides an IP68 rating.
