Samsung Galaxy A90 5G Launched; Here’s Everything About It

The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has unveiled a new smartphone called Samsung Galaxy A90 5G and the device has made its debut in South Korea. The device will available in the domestic market from tomorrow and it also comes with the specialty of the first phone of the Galaxy A series to feature the next-generation connectivity.

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy A90 5G

It sports a 6.7 inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, along with a waterdrop-like notch. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and coupled with 6/8GB of RAM. Talking about the storage, the smartphone offers 128 GB internal storage and that can be expandable up to 512 GB via microSD card. However, only the 6GB RAM variant has the MicroSD slot.

Coming to the photography department, the Galaxy A90 5G features a triple rear camera setup – 48-megapixel f/2.0 main shooter, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. There’s a 32-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It also supports the in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock for extra security.

In terms of connectivity options, the device supports 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, and USB Type-C. The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G boots One UI based on Android 9 Pie and ships on a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.

Pricing and availability

The smartphone has the price tag of KRW 900,000 and it will available in South Korea from tomorrow onwards.
