After many leaks and rumours, Samsung has officially announced its new Galaxy Note 20 series at its Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event and the series offering Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The company announced the new products via online medium only and the same is due to the outbreak of coronavirus and the current scenario of the world. Well, the smartphones are coming with cool design along with the heavyweight specifications and Samsung offers triple rear camera setup in both the smartphones. Samsung Galaxy Note 20
The smartphone features a 6.7 inch full HD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED+ flat display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and it comes with the traditional 60 Hz refresh rate along with the 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 990 or Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset and that is according to the market and the device is paired with 8GB of RAM along with up to 256 GB of internal storage device, you cannot expand the storage using the MicroSD card.
Speaking about the camera department, the new Galaxy Note 20 is coming with triple rear camera setup and that is in a combination of a 12-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and dual-pixel autofocus followed by a 64-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.0 lens as well as a 12-megapixel tertiary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens and the smartphone also supports a 30x Space Zoom. The processor remains to the same with the vanilla variant and the device comes with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage, it will also allow you to expand the storage of via MicroSD card.
Talking about the photography department, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra rocks a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens followed by a 12-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/3.0 lens. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is priced at $1,299 for the 128 GB variant while Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G is priced at $999 for the 128 GB version. Both smartphones will start shipping from August 21 for “select” markets.
