After unveiling the Samsung Galaxy Tab A along with the Galaxy Tab S4 early in this month, now the South Korean electronics giant has launched the Galaxy Tab A in the Indian market. So, let’s check out the pricing and availability of the device and also the specs sheet.
It comes with a 10.5 inch display along with a 16:10 aspect ratio and has 1920 X 1200 pixels resolution. The Galaxy Tab A is powered by 1.8 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and coupled with 3 GB RAM along with Adreno 506 GPU for the graphical task. Regarding the storage, the device has 32 GB of internal storage and can be expandable up to 400 GB via microSD card.
Moving to the photography department, the device has an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with the 5 megapixel front facing camera. Furthermore, the device comes with the ‘Kids Mode’ and it allows the parents to manage content as well as usage time for their Little Hearts. It also has the applications like Kid Browser, Galaxy Apps for Kids, and eight child-friendly apps.
In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Tab A has two variants 4G LTE and Wi-Fi only, however, the company has launched the 4G variant in India. The device also supports GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and USB 2.0 Type-C. The device runs on Android Oreo 8.1, and backed on a massive 7,300 mAh battery to keep the lights on.

It is priced at ₹29,990, the device will be available from August 13 via Flipkart, Samsung Online Shop, and other leading retail stores.
