Realme 8 5G, the latest smartphone from the company, has been launched in the market of India. The same launched in the market of Thailand yesterday. Realme introduces 4G and 5G versions of the Realme 8 series. The new smartphone is the rebranded model of the Realme V13. Specifications of Realme 8 5G
The Realme 8 5G supports a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It has a punch-hole setup and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The brightness of the newly launched smartphone is 600nits. The device is coming with a Dimensity 700 chipset and upto 8GB of RAM as well. Coming to the storage, the handset houses 64/128 GB internal storage as well as a dedicated MicroSD card slot. It is an expandable storage with the Dynamic RAM Expansion Technology.
Regarding the camera department, the handset supports a 48-megapixel main camera as well as a 2-megapixel depth assist lens. The camera setup also comes with a 2MP macro camera with a 4cm focal length and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The company also offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The pricing tag starts at Rs. 14,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB model. Moreover, the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant costs Rs. 16,999. According to the report the sale will start on April 28. It will be via Realme.com, Flipkart, and offline retailers.
