OnePlus 7T Pro Goes Official With McLaren Edition; Specifications, Pricing, And Availability

After all the leaks, rumours, and a long wait, OnePlus has finally unveiled the new OnePlus 7T Pro along with the special edition called OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition. So, without making any delay let’s dive into the article to check out the complete details of the devices.

OnePlus 7T Pro

The smartphone looks similar to the OnePlus 7, as the new device features the traditional vertical camera setup and also features the pop-up camera at the front. Talking about the specifications, the new OnePlus 7T Pro sports a 6.67-inch Quad HD+ Fluid AMOLED HDR10+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and has 3100 x 1440 pixels resolution, it also has 516 PPI pixel density as well as 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 855 Plus processor and coupled with 8GB of RAM along with Adreno 640 GPU for the graphical task. The device also comes with the liquid cooling system which will give solutions to the heat while playing heavy games. In terms of storage, the device will support 256 GB with UFS 3.0.

In terms of camera, the smartphone features triple rear cameras and consists 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS) as well as an electronic image stabilization (EIS) support. Followed by an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 telephoto lens and OIS support and a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens that offers a field of view (FoV) of 117 degrees. The camera also features UltraShot, Nightscape, Portrait, Pro Mode, Panorama, HDR, AI Scene Detection, and RAW Image. At the front, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 camera sensor that has a pixel size of one micron and includes an f/2.0 aperture. It also features Face Unlock, HDR, Screen Flash, and Face Retouching.

The smartphone also supports the optical in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock for the extra layer of security. Furthermore, it also has a Gaming Mode 3.0 for enhancing the gaming experience with modes such as ‘Fnatic Mode’ It comes with ‘Zen Mode’. The smartphone also rocks stereo speakers.

Speaking about the connectivity, the device supports Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The device runs on Android 10 OS based on OxygenOS 10, and packs on 4,085 mAh battery with 30TW Warp Charging.

OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition:

Along with the OnePlus 7T Pro, the company has unveiled the McLaren Edition of 7T Pro in collaboration with McLaren. The special edition features a glass back along with carbon fibre design and has an orange accent around the corners and power button. The smartphone has 12GB of RAM with the same 256GB of internal storage as regular 7T Pro. Apart from this, all specs are same on both. This McLaren Edition also pre-loaded with the special wallpapers, icons, always-on display designs, and McLaren branded special case.

Pricing & Availability:

The European pricing of OnePlus 7T Pro European is €760 while the 7T Pro McLaren Edition European price is €860. The Indian pricing of OnePlus 7T Pro is ₹53,999 and the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition will cost ₹58,999.
