Nothing Ear 1 is finally official and it is the first product of the brand new UK-based tech company called Nothing and that is backed by the former OnePlus co-founder Carl Pie. The newly launched truly wireless earphones of the company were expected to be announced a couple of months back, but due to some challenges the company postponed the launch and now it is official in the global market. It’s a premium device and comes with transparent designing language which means you guys can able to see the components which are resting inside the device. Moreover, the charging case is also featuring a transparent design and the same is coming with a unique design that enables you to see the earphones when charging and the indicator light on the inside of the case.

Speaking about the specifications of the device, the latest Nothing Ear 1 is powered by 11.6mm dynamic drivers and the same is developed in collaboration with the Sweden-based Teenage Engineering. Regarding the connectivity options, the truly wireless earphones support Bluetooth 5.2, with support for the SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs.

In terms of charging, the Nothing Ear 1 case features USB Type-C and Qi wireless charging, and the earpieces latching on magnetically to charge from the battery in the case. It is said that each earbud of the device will provide up to 5.7 hours, and up to 34 hours in total with the case. Having said that, the device also supports fast charging.

Nothing Ear 1 also supports active noise cancellation, and the same offer two levels of intensity to control the level. It is also coming with a transparency mode and that is meant to hear the sound of surroundings. The Nothing Ear 1 features touch controls as well.

The settings of the noise cancellation intensity can be adjusted through the companion app of the device and the same is available on iOS and Android.

The companion app of the device also offers equalizer settings, the device also comes with fast pairing ability, and you guys can able to update the firmware via the companion app. It also features in-ear detection that plays or pauses the music when the earpieces are inside the ears of a user or removed.

Talking about the availability and pricing, the device is launched in the global market and it is coming with a price tag of $99 in the market of the United States, GBP 99 in the United Kingdom, and EUR 99 in the European market. The Nothing Ear 1 will be available in India via Flipkart starting August 17.
