The Chinese electronics giant Lenovo owned Motorola has launched the Moto Z4, the device was reported to go on sale even before the official announcement. The company has launched the device in the market of the United States and Canada, and it will be available in the United States from next week but Canadian users have to wait till the end of Summer. Specifications of Moto Z4
It features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution and has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, the smartphone also sports a waterdrop notch. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor and matted with 4GB RAM along with Adreno 608 GPU for the graphical task. Regarding the storage option, it comes with 128GB of internal storage and that can be expandable upto 2TB via MicroSD card.
In terms of camera, the Moto Z4 sports single rear camera setup, and that’s a 48-megapixel camera that has an f/1.7 aperture, a pixel size of 1.6-microns, and produces 12-megapixel images. It has PDAF and laser autofocus, apart from correlated temperature (CCT) dual-LED flash. On the front, the Moto Z4 has a 25-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 0.9-micron pixel size. The smartphone also supports an in-display fingerprint sensor. Along with a pogo pin connector as an interface for Moto Mod.
Speaking about the connectivity, it supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5 mm headphone jack, NFC, and USB Type-C. The smartphone runs on Android 9 and packs on 3,600 mAh battery with the company’s 15W TurboPower fast charging.
Pricing and availability
It is priced at $499, and the smartphone will be available in USA and Canada. It is now available for pre-order in the market of the United States and it will go on sale from June 6. Having said that, the Canadian market will get the device only after this summer. And the Moto Mod, will cost $200, and that will give access the next-gen networks. There is no other information about the availability of the device in other parts of the world but we expect that the company will launch the device in India around the end of July.
