Today the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has come with its latest mobile phone named Mi 10i in India. The company is launching the latest mobile phone, considering the Indian users, and the ‘I’ in Mi 10i stands for India. According to the report of the company that it is the first handset in India to come with a Samsung HM2 sensor. Mi 10i is actually a rebranded variant of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.
Features of Mi 10i
The smartphone is launching with 6.67-inch full-HD+ display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has a punch-hole setup on the top of the display and 120Hz adaptive sync refresh rate. The company also offers NTSC 84 percent colour gamut as well as 450 nits peak brightness. The contrast ratio is 1500:01. It has the support of HDR and HDR10+. The Corning Gorilla Glass 5 is covering the the front and back of the handset. Eye protection features like Reading Mode 3.0, and Sunlight Display 3.0, are the other features of the handset. The device also has TUV Rheinland certification.
Under the hood, the latest smartphone is launching with 8nm-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC. It is paired with Adreno 619 GPU. The device has contained 8GB RAM as well as up to 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the latest Mi 10i smartphone of the company is coming with a squad rear camera setup. It contains a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 sensor with 1/1.52-inch sensor size, 9-in-1 pixel binning and 2.1um super pixel (f/1.75 aperture). The ultra-wide sensor is 8-megapixel with 120 degree field of view (f/2.2 aperture). It is also packed with a 2-megapixel depth lens as well as a 2-megapixel macro lens. The optic department also supports six long exposure modes, night mode 2.0, Pro mode, Google Lens, HDR, raw mode, 4k video recording, panorama, and more. The company is also offering a 16 megapixel selfie camera.
While checking the connectivity The device is packed with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IR Blaster, 5G, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, as well as dual (L1 and L5) band satellite navigation. The company is also offering a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, and IP53 splash proof rating. Mi 10i has the support of a 4,820mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It has the support of the latest version of the Android operating system with MIUI 12 on top.
Pricing and availability
The pricing of the handset with the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage starts at ₹20,999. The smartphone with the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option is available at ₹21,999, and the pricing of the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is ₹23,999. The sale of the handset will start on Amazon India and Mi Home stores from January 7 at 12pm (noon).
