After unveiling the Huawei P30 Pro in last month, today the brand has launched the smartphone in the market of India. Let’s have a look at the specs sheet along with the pricing and availability of the smartphone.
The Huawei P30 Pro features 6.47-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ and has 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, the device also has a water drop notch and the display supports HDR10. It is powered by 2.6 GHz HiSilicon Kirin 980 octa core processor and built on 7nm process, and only 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage variant in India, along with Mali-G76 MP10 GPU for GPU.
Speaking about the camera, which is the most highlighting area of the device. The Huawei P30 Pro rocks a triple camera setup at the back. The primary one is 40MP Sony IMX600 sensor with f/1.7 lens, OIS and custom RYYB color filter, which helps for low light photos and videos. The secondary one is a 20MP sensor with f/2.2 ultra wide-angle lens. Lastly, the third one is an 8MP sensor with an f/3.4 125mm periscopic telephoto lens that can give 5x optical zoom.
There is also a 3D TOF sensor for better depth sensing. For better depth at close objects it also has laser autofocus. This camera setup can only record videos up to 4k at 30fps, which means no 4k at 60fps. At the front, there is a 32MP sensor with an f/2.0 lens.
For connectivity, it has 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5, NFC, GPS, aptX HD, and Type-C port. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with EMUI 9 on top, and packed on 4,200 mAh battery with Huawei’s latest 40W SuperCharge support. It supports 15W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging at unknown Watt. It has in-display fingerprint sensor that’s most probably an optical sensor. This one lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack.
Speaking about pricing and availability, the smartphone is priced at ₹71,990 and you can get the Huawei Watch GT worth ₹15,990 ($230) with the phone by paying ₹2,000 extra. The smartphone will be available through Amazon.in and Croma stores across the country starting next month.
