HTC Unveils Desire 12s With 5.7-inch And More

HTC, the Taiwanese smartphone brand has launched a new device under its Desire lineup and it is called HTC Desire 12s, with this device, the company has launched three devices in this year under the Desire lineup. The company launched the Desire 12 and Desire 12+ early in this year, and now the newly unveiled smartphone is not powerful as much as the devices which unveiled earlier and the new device falls in the budget category.

The all new HTC Desire 12s comes with 5.7 Inch display and 1440 X 720 pixels resolution and the device also has an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 435 processor along with 3/4 GB RAM along with Adreno 505 GPU. Talking about the storage options the device will be available in two different variants with 3 GB RAM with the 32 GB of internal storage and 4 GB RAM with 64 GB of internal storage.

Regarding the camera department, the HTC Desire 12s has a 13 megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, HDR and LED flash, along with a 13 megapixel front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, Beauty Mode and LED flash. The device also has a fingerprint scanner for the security of the users.

Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 4G VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, NFC, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and micro USB. The device runs on Android Oreo 8.1 which is based on HTC Sense, it is backed on 3,075 mAh battery.

Speaking about the pricing and availability, the 32 GB storage variant is priced at NT$5990 (approx. ₹13,890), and the 64 GB storage variant will cost NT$5990 (approx. ₹16,208). The device will be available in Taiwan, and there is no word about the availability in other parts of the world.
