Google Rolls Out Dark Mode Feature On YouTube
The search engine giant Google always brings new features to its products, and today the company rolls out the dark mode feature to the YouTube app of Android platform, after the successful testing. That said, the company supports the dark mode feature on the YouTube but it was only for IOS and the company also supports this on the desktop version as well.
With the dark mode, you will able to see the user interface of the YouTube app from white to black in color. Having said that, the elements that are in black will turn white in color (or sometimes grey-ish). Furthermore, the feature will also help the user to reduce the strain to the eyes and also reduce the battery consumption.
That said, you will get the dark mode feature on the YouTube app on your Android device with the latest version 13.35.51 and if you are on this, version then here’s the way to active the dark mode.
- You need to tap on the Profile Picture icon, which is located at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Now head to the Settings.
- Then select the General option.
- Finally, tap on the toggle button which is next to the ‘Dark theme’ option.
